You may be asking why the PM is waiting until the 24th of July to introduce mandatory mask-wearing and not now? We are asking the same thing! Why the delay?
This morning, It is looking highly likely that the Prime Minister is to make the wearing of masks in shops and other enclosed areas mandatory in England, from the 24th of July.
The decision on whether or not people should wear masks indoor when around the public has been in a state of flux since Friday when Boris Johnson (in sync Trump?) was seen wearing a mask in public for the first time.
The PM was quizzed about mandatory mask-wearing at last weeks ‘peoples PMQs’ session (video above). Boris told the questioning public “I do think we need to be stricter about insisting people wear face coverings in confined places.”
It is believed that Cabenit ministers will confirm the policy this today.
