All grades were predicted by an ‘algorithm’ which saw 40% of children marked down, with students in lower-income homes being disproportionately affected.

OFQUAL have retracted their guidence on A-Level result appeals!

yesterday, Voice Britannia reported on the appeals procedure which had been published on the Governments official website. However, late Saturday evening, OFQUAL retracted this guidance and made ANOTHER statement…

Earlier today we published information about mock exam results in appeals.

This policy is being reviewed by the Ofqual Board and further information will be published in due course.”

OFQUAL

No reason has been given for this retraction and no guidence on the new appeals procedure has been published by Government, leaving thousands of students in limbo!
